For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**
Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.

High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. The host is amazing with the communication. My family had a great time with all the amenities during our stay. Finally, a rental that has enough places for everyone to sit comfortably in the living room. The place was as clean as expected for being in the mountains on a lake in the winter. Beds are comfortable. The only complaint I would have would be the taste and smell of the hard water but that is uncontrollable. We were happy for the filtered water at the kitchen sink! Hope to stay again! Thank you!

Great week with family - hanging out, hiking, boating, enjoying the dock, great theme night meals!

Overall we had an enjoyable stay, however the primary refrigerator was unusable (would not cool; the freezer seemed fine). Fortunately, a secondary refrigerator in the basement was available but somewhat inconvenient. The house amenities were enjoyed although we were unable to access the boat house even after attempts to communicate with the owner.
