Plus, all the necessary items to prepare your meals. Indoor laundry has washer and dryer. Hairdryer in master bath. Electric fireplace in living room. Cable TV and Wi-Fi wireless internet available for your entertainment in living room and master bedroom. 55 " Wide screen plasma in living room. The gas grill is located just outside the kitchen door on the wrap-around deck. there is a fire pit in the front yard overlooking the lake for those relaxing and story-telling evenings.
For your side trips, why not a day in Boston sightseeing and taking in the culture; just 45 minutes away. Or, even closer, why not head over to Cape Cod for an amazing lobster dinner? Or cook your own lobster from the market basket 10 minutes away . Like sightseeing? Even closer is Newport, Rhode Island with the tour of mansions and scenic views and breezes of the Atlantic Ocean.

Our 3rd year here and this property still amazes us!!!! The lake view, spacious house, close to main roads (including the market basket!) are just some of the perks. The fact we can bring our dog is a huge plus too!! Thank you Katrina for another great year!! We will be back next year :)

Gorgeous!! This lot is awesome . So flat so easy access to the water, there are so many areas to sit and just enjoy nature . In the sun or in the shade . Huge back deck and screened in porch area ( which we never used do to gorgeous weather ) 4 kayaks 1 canoe metal fishing boat . 3 older women and we had no issues walking the property and I could easily get in and out of kayak . They have several sizes of life vests . Numerous paddles & oars . Large driveway so easy parking and garage access . This Pond is beautiful we do nature at its finest . So much fun kayaking early morning enjoying a cup of coffee & nature . Easy access to local grocery stores and restaurants also several breweries & wineries within 30 minutes . About an hour from TF Green Airport and just got a rental car .

It was our 4th year staying at this property. Our dog Charlie absolutely loves the lake and the large outdoor area. Very comfortable stay.

Every room in the house has incredible views! We visited in the fall, and the scenery was simply stunning — waking up to the sunrise each morning was magical. The property is also conveniently located near Boston and plenty of other great spots to explore.
