Very convenient to the gondola. 6 minute walk (path through the woods along the stream), or shuttle available (we didn’t use). Older but clean. Just right.

This is by far the best location and the condo was perfect for our family trip. Had everything we needed and was easy to get to town and the mountain.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pennay’s. The unit was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked but it’s a bit small so best for easy/quick meals. The location was perfect for skiing and for walking to downtown.

The unit was in fair shape. It was pretty clean, but definitely not spotless. It desperately needs new pillows and a dishwasher! Overall it was fine for our quick stay but would not be fantastic for more than a couple of nights. The location was good for River Run gondola access. It would have been nice if the mentioned guest sled was running- we didn't see it in use any of our 3 ski days.
