Clean and very close to the beach

The closeness to the water, the cleanliness of the house, the communication with host and the price were absolutely spot on!!I have been renting from VRBO on Bolivar for over twenty years and this home is hands down the best we have ever stayed in.My daughter in law, our grandchildren and our daughter in laws sister were our guest, and they all had such a wonderful time. The neighborhood was nice and quiet when appropriate, normal daytime chatter and noise was normal but still very quiet. Everything you could need was already there and then some. The only hiccup was the seal in the dishwasher needed replacing but it was not anything to make us consider any other another vacation home. We will be back to this home for many years still to come that is for sure. And just a note: the posted advertisement photos do NOT do this house justice. It is spectacular in both cleanliness and location. We had plenty of room and plenty to do with the Roku television and dvd movies left for our use, cards, chess game, and books! The sunsets and sunrises were more than we could have hoped for. Thank you for lettering others experience your beautiful home.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work. So the tv didn’t work. The pit shown in pictures was not what was at property. The lock box was difficult to open. The beach items were not available as listed. All other amnesties were ok
