Ground Floor
Sitting Room – A two-seater sofa and two large armchairs surround a traditional fireplace and large smart TV. Under the TV is a cabinet with a microwave.
Kitchen & Dining Room – Open plan to the sitting room, there is a butlers sink, undercounter fridge/freezer, electric oven with four hobs, toaster and kettle. The kitchen table has adjustable flaps and seating for four. There is a door onto the elevated terrace.
Utility Cupboard – Contains a washing machine.
Bathroom – Bath, water-fall shower, lavatory and hand basin.
First Floor
Bunk Bedroom – With two single bunks and is used to access the Master Bedroom.
Master Bedroom – King-sized bed with matching bedside tables & lamps, hanging cupboard and desk with views over the garden and rolling countryside beyond.
Staircase – Is old and steep so not recommended for those with restricted mobility. There is a secure gate at the top to prevent any accidental falls.
Outside
Terrace – Straight outside the kitchen with a table and seating for four, a large gas (provided) BBQ and retractable parasol.
Garden – Down a sloping path is access to a private lawned area surrounded by mature plants and hedging.
