This is a large and comfortable 2 bedroom, 1550 sq. ft., 2 bath (sleeps 6) with city and partial ocean views on the 5th floor at the Tides on Hollywood Beach. Enjoy "partial" ocean views from your living room private balcony. Here you will enjoy the exclusive residents' beach club and pool. And the unrivaled amenities and aesthetics afforded by more than $20 million in building renovations. Stroll the beach, and then swim laps in the secluded heated pool, taking in the exotic landscaping and spectacular views of the ocean. Head for the state-of-the-art fitness center or lounge on the pool deck overlooking the ocean. Close to the exciting Hollywood Beach boardwalk where you will find many outdoor cafes, restaurants and shops. There is live entertainment at the bandstand on the boardwalk on weekends. Just a 15 minute drive to South Beach or 10 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale, 15 minutes to the Aventura Mall and 40 minutes to Sawgrass Mills.

THE BUILDING HAS IMPOSED SIGNIFICANT HANDLING FEES FOR PACKAGES RECEIVED FOR GUESTS. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL HANDLING CHARGES FOR YOUR PACKAGES. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GUARANTEEING RATES CHARGED.

Guests must complete and sign the electronic contract sent to them after booking listing the names of all occupants
IDs and completed contracts must be received within 48 hours after booking or the reservation may be cancelled
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR RENTALS GREATER THAN 14 NIGHTS: Rentals with stays longer than 14 nights will be subject to a “NO REFUND” policy. All payments received are non-refundable should the renter wish to cancel at any time. This policy supersedes any other policy stated elsewhere in this document or in our on-line ads.

Check-in was a confusing, embarrassing, frustrating, and very expensive mess. Imagine your worst trip to the DMV to kick off your vacation (rude people though glass partitions, dark hallways, locked doors, dozens of signs telling you all the things you can’t do and how they’ll fine you for them if you do, misinformation requiring multiple backtracks to previous places, SO MANY FEES, etc). You feel like they REALLY don’t want you there!!!But, once that was over our stay was quite nice. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. The balcony has a partial ocean view. The beds were comfortable. And the beach chairs & umbrellas were very useful.The apartment walls need some cosmetic repair and the tv was a little glitchy (not sure if it was the internet speed or the tv itself). The host was fairly responsive.

pros: location, location, and location! you cannot beat it! right on the ocean with the nice size pool. the apartment was very well equipt with all kinds of supplies for the kitchen and the beach.cons: cleanliness should be better, and overall the appartment is outdated and needs renovation.

The condo was everything as described. Great beach location. Clean and very secure. The only thing missing was a wine bottle opener lol. Other then that minor inconvenience we managed to have an awsome stay.

The check in process is horrible. You have to have a fob to get to and from the buildings. Why not modernize with a code. Also to have to pay for parking, a FOB, and bracelets to use the pool that are refundable. The overall rate to stay here was overpriced after consideration of the other expenses. I had to leave my drivers license with Security in order to use a cart for our groceries. This is ridiculous! Unit was a little run down and musty and not as pictured.
