The open design creates a light-filled space with an incredible view of the Wasatch mountains visible from the large kitchen, dining area and spacious living room that’s perfect for relaxing and hanging out. The large office space downstairs includes an adjustable standing desk and full second living room space. This home-away-from-home is ideally located at the back of a cul-de-sac in a safe and friendly neighborhood with beautiful Falcon Park just minutes from your doorstep.

Utah is a high desert climate and as such there is a possibility of ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going to from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts we have a pest control company to service our property. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.

We finally found the perfect rental home in Sandy. The owners are incredibly considerate and have really made a home away from home for visitors to the area. There were ample paper towels, soaps, cleaning supplies etc for our month long stay. The beds were comfortable and the sheets high quality! Good quality pots and pans as well as sharp knives were appreciated by all the amateur chefs in our family! The location near the entrances to both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts (and the large garage is well equipped to store all of your gear.) This is a nice, friendly neighborhood, too - close to a park and within walking distance to groceries and restaurants.
