Rooms were clean and well appointed.Kitchen - mostly clean - but limited pots and pans. A couple of the coffee cups had grit and grounds dried in them.Host answered questions when they were positive. No response if the answer was to the negative.Pool - the water was cloudy. Many TVs - not all worked and did not have local channels and there no information about how to access the cable network.

The stay itself was great unfortunately there were a few gliches…I informed our contact the toilet did not flush in the studio apt, they left the top of the tank off so they could flush manually. Somebody had set the thermostat very low in pool house, so cold showers were taken, luckily our son in law figured out it was digital and set it so they would not have to endure cold showers during the rest of our stay! The televisions did not work, when I inquired about them, was told they may need to purchase a new tv for master bedroom….was sent a new WiFi link for living room that did not work! Son in law who is an IT worker worked with it but couldn’t get it to come on until we plugged a phone in to it. The grounds and pool were great we enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. However the inside could use a little TLC.
