Perfect place for a group. The villa is perfectly located. Beach is across the highway. The bus is right in the corner, if you don’t want to drive and would like to enjoy the places of ocean city( downtown).
I will stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

Rented the place for our son and friends and my husband and I! We took the bedroom on the 2nd level and gave the kids the 1st level (and the sleeper sofa by the kitchen). Tons of room for everyone! Building is located right at a light to cross to the beach as well as a bus stop for convenience. We discovered the beach bar at Ashure is a great spot to escape the kids! Unit was meticulously clean and well designed!

Great place, clean, close to beach.
Check in required to go to property mgt company for a key (door has code to use). Need to return key on way out of town. Seems unnecessary step.
No shelves in shower for my shampoo or soap. Had to put on shower floor, odd
Need to replace coffee carafe (broken glass), and toaster. Also for such a nice place should upgrade silverware (needs more) would not have enough if 6-8 people stayed.

The property was beautiful, nice and most of all convenient! I will definitely be back!
