Very nice apartment close to luzern in a quiet area. Severin was very responsive during our stay. We would definitely book again if we go to this area again.

Nice apartment on the North side if Lake Lucerne was comfortable and inviting. I appreciate the hosts personal assistance and guidance to find unexpected medical care during our stay.

The listing and the associated picture with it are not accurate; the image of the lake was taken from the owner's apartment, which is two levels higher than the place you will receive. He indeed has a nice view, and you will get the hedge of the neighbor. 2 minor problems in the suite are worth mentioning for safety measures. The floor in the living room is not even which means the is a risk of tripping over it and falling mainly at night when you want to use the bathroom in the dark; the shower basin is lower than the bathroom floor and curved at the edge, when you step in for the first time you might slip and fall back, also be careful.

The picture in promoting the property leads you to believe that the propery has a view of the lanke. It does not, in fact its view is the neighbors hedges. That view is ok and acceptable yet when it is advertised differently that leads to disappointment and a feeling of getting coned.
