Lovely, fully-renovated west-facing 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom duplex in Block A of the Skol Building, in the heart of Marbella with amazing views over the sea and community pools, surrounded by all amenities the city has to offer, so the car is not necessary. The apartment is completely new, designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible
This holiday home comprises: spacious living / dining room with flat screen TV, sofa, and access to the large furnished terrace with excellent sea, garden, and pool views; fully-fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, electric hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc.; stairs to the bedroom with twin beds; a separate fully-tiled bathroom with walk-in shower and a dressing room.
The Skol cares for the environment, sourcing its energy partially from solar panels.

Very nice place in the heart of the city with a sea view. But it lacks a dishwasher and a way to open/close the curtains which are very heavy.The apartment face due west, it is important to be able to close the curtains because there are no shutters and it is very hot.
