This charming mill house sits within 17 acres of grounds, where shady areas of mature woodland are interspersed with grassy open spaces. The former millstream that runs across the land falls into pretty waterfalls, whilst the large natural lake that lies on a raised plain behind the house is another of the many attractive features.

The private swimming pool is bordered on all sides by pretty lawns, whilst a meander up the slopes at the back of the house leads to several shady pathways through the surrounding woodland.

The historic 'pueblo blanco' of Arcos de la Frontera with its narrow whitewashed streets is 9km from the house, whilst Ronda, Sevilla and Granada make excellent destinations for day trips.

Smaller parties paying reduced rentals will have use of the main house only. The charm of this property is its numerous characterful features such as a millstream, a lake, low walls and natural drops between the different levels of the grounds, but inevitably young children would need to be supervised.
