While this property does NOT have an elevator, the first floor unit is PERFECT for those who do not like to do a lot of stairs. There are only 4 steps to get into first floor unit. Once you are in unit, it is flat. 4 Bedrooms (2 Queens, 1 King, and 1 set of twin bunk beds).

Great location near the boardwalk and beach. We had 10 adults and 10 kids under 9. Separate outside entrances for 1st and 2/3rd floors were challenging as 3rd floor contains many of the bedrooms with multiple beds (a kids area). More workable for older kids/ teens. Management very responsive.

The description as to the number of bedrooms is misleading. One bedroom has 8 beds - 2 doubles, and 6 singles, 4 of the latter are in a “captive” area adjacent to the main bedroom. Those sleeping in the area with four singles must use the larger part of the room for ingress and egress, which doesn’t really work. Further, there are a couple of beds in hallways / open areas, like the area with the washer and dryer. Which is all fine if the occupants understand all this going in, which we did not - which may’ve been our misunderstanding. Then there is a bunk bed with undersized mattresses. Our tall teenager would’ve been too tall for those beds. The location of the house is great, but parking is difficult. We thought that the two separately rentable units had an interior connection, which it doesn’t. That may have been another misunderstanding on our part. The lower kitchen could use some more pots and pans. The decks and porches are great.

Location was awesome. Numbers of beds was great. Parking was sketchy, the garage was tiny. The outdoor deck was a nice touch, the front porches made morning coffee a treat. The bathrooms needed extra towel racks and a shelf next to sink for toiletries. Also the downstairs bathroom needed a shower caddy. The kitchen needed more glassware! There were only a few water glasses and a handful of wine glasses. We did not use the stove. Although we knew the layout, it was awkward having 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms etc. The bedrooms on first floor were very small. We could tell it was updated and had some nice touches. The floor on both levels was not cleaned, the little one’s feet were very dirty after just a few minutes. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. We did have a nice week and the grands had a ball revisiting all their OCNJ favs.
