Grace Landing Cottages sit on beautiful Upper Hamlin Lake where you can enjoy fishing, boating, and stunning sunsets. All of our cottages have central air conditioning! There are several docks available for rent to tie up your own boat or rent one of ours. The Hamlin Lake Dunes are just a short boat ride away! Ludington's popular State Park is also located on Hamlin Lake and offers trails, kayaks, canoes, and many other activities and adventures. We have a PONTOON rental available for renters. Loved the cottage, very clean and bright. Located in the heart of Ludington.

Everything as described. Clean, cozy, and near the water. Close enough to town to be convenient for extras. Owner texted back immediately on issues. Grill worked, but could use some work. Had to buy batteries for the remote, but who cares about tv when you’re on the lake! Calm and quiet, and the boat rental, while expensive, was easy if you know the lake as we did.

The property was very clean and had nice renovations. The location was good-just steps from the water and boat docks, making it convenient for water activities. I was told that there was enough space for parking a truck and boat trailer but this wasn’t the case, unless you blocked the drive and parked the trailer in the grass. Additionally, it was challenging pulling a boat and/or trailer into the parking space. The cottage was well maintained but the mattress was very uncomfortable as was the couch. The listing says it sleeps 5, the cottage size was adequate for 2 people but any more would be overcrowded. We would stay here again despite the mentioned issues. The town of Ludington was very nice and had lots to do.
