The apartment is located in a building that still features charming stucco work and arches from its original period. It is the ideal choice for those who want to visit Naples and the surrounding area, thanks to its proximity to the Central Station (350 m), Metro Lines 1 and 2 (500 m), and the Circumvesuviana, which allow you to reach all other parts of the city and destinations such as Pompeii, Sorrento, and Herculaneum.



The 50-square-meter apartment is located on the third floor of a building with a coin-operated elevator (10 centesimi); please note there are a few steps to access it.



The interior layout is as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, and microwave

- Living room with a sofa bed, dining table, and split-system A/C

- Bedroom with a double bed, built-in closet, 20-inch TV, and split-system A/C

Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, central heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: The building is equipped with a condominium video surveillance system that records the entrance to the common areas.



To access this apartment, you can pick up the keys at the KeyNest pickup point at Farmacia Cozzolino & Vecchione, located at Corso Umberto I No. 393, a short distance from the apartment. You can pick up the keys on your own starting at 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. In case of any issues, Customer Care is available only until 11:00 PM.

Note: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



After 9:00 PM, direct check-in at the apartment is available with the following surcharges:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal. We need this to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
