This place was stocked with everything you need. The location is perfect and there are also some great restaurants within walking distance. The condo was super clean and very well maintained. The host was super easy to communicate with and I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely experience

The house is in a good location, plenty of things nearby including the boardwalk and the beach. Very spacious and has plenty of beds.
Here are a few things to be aware of:
1. The garage door needs maintenance. It will not close right away.
2. Needs a good cleaning including the inside of the cabinets in the kitchen.
3. The kitchen floor needs to be cleaned, it was sticky and some tiny ants were found crawling around.
4. Be prepared to go up a LOT of steps! (28 to be exact)
5. Make sure when arriving that your garbage cans & recycling are empty. Other people put their trash and recycling in your bins and make you responsible for emptying them per the rental agreement contract.
Overall, I would give this location a 6.5/10
