A villa unlike any other!! BEAUTIFULLY UPDATED 2,150 sq ftw/ Venetian plaster walls, granite counters, marble floors, dark walnut wood, intricate lighting and gorgeous ocean view. Located on Medano beach, private and swimmable! These are owned units which make the resort much more quiet and peaceful. There are nearly a dozen restaurants at the three sister resorts along with a mini grocery store for necessities. Truly is a place you will want to come back to again and again!
** The holidays and Spring Break rentals are minimum 7 night bookings - Saturday-Saturday
There is a master suite with a king size bed, five-piece bathroom, jacuzzi tub, his/her sinks, and sliding doors to the patio. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a full bathroom. All bathrooms have marble floors and granite counters. All of the bedrooms have a TV and there is a Roku available for smart TV apps.
The kitchen has an upgraded custom granite counter top bar along with all the appliances needed for home cooking - stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. Other appliances include coffee maker, blender and full size pantry. The granite dining table is fit for a party of six. There is also a washer and dryer located off the kitchen for laundry. **The water is filtered and drinkable at La Estancia
The family room has a sofa bed along with two leather chairs and a TV. The dining table is large and seats six people. There is also a bathroom with shower located off the family room.
The expansive patio has another granite dining table, lay-down beach chairs and a Weber grill. There is also an ice machine located under the sink on the patio.
Note: the sofa bed is 60"x72" in diameter. This is a little small for an adult but great for younger children.
A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, and even shop for groceries! Extra charge for shopping and groceries.
The resort guests are offered all of the amenities of a 5 star resort, including: 24 hour front desk service & security, concierge, tour desk for excursions, maid service & amenities, room service for charge, multiple restaurants on site and next door, a business and fitness center, tennis courts, a beautiful pool and beachfront swimming area, and ocean view hot tubs. A new 31,000 sq ft European spa and fitness center is located next door, a must!

This property exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were comfortable, beautiful, and spacious. The outdoor space is undeniably the best part! Having maid service on alternating days was very nice. We look forward to staying here again.

We love this resort. We have stayed in 4 different villas and all of them have been well taken care of. This unit was clean, and everything was in working order. One of the beds didn’t have a blanket or comforter but Matt took care of that within 24 hours. The resort is safe and the staff are exceptionally helpful, friendly and welcoming.

We loved your property in beautiful La Estancia. The condo is perfectly located and beautifully presented. We enjoyed the proximity to very swimable Medano Beach and the fun restaurants in town! Whale watching from a private boat was a highlight!!
