For added security, outdoor cameras are discreetly placed. Please inform us in advance if you're expecting visitors. Note that any extra guests or pets, even if not spending the night, are subject to a charge of $200 per day per guest unless approved.
Similar to the majority of homes in the area, our residence does not have air conditioning. However, with the cooler local temperatures, opening the windows allows ocean breezes to naturally cool the space.

Arlene was a great communicative host, who was quick to respond to our inquiries. The property is comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We very much enjoyed watching movies on the 75 inch TV, additionally the king size bed was very comfortable. We didn’t really take advantage of the smart home features. The walk to the beach was great and very close by. I would choose to stay here again if/when I return to Pacifica.

Arlene is a gracious and responsive host! The home is modern and had all the kitchen necessities, which I loved. Shared backyard area with a fire pit. Lovely small town vibes with lots of great local food places. The pier is a stone’s throw away. I enjoyed the early morning walks along the boardwalk with my son. I would definitely stay at this property again!!
