The house Gerkens is a holiday home in l'Escala, with a magnificent outdoor area, tastefully maintained and located in a quiet residential area just 1 km from the beach of Riells and its shops.
The exterior of this house is perfect for a wonderful holiday. The whole outside area is equipped with artificial grass and is completely fenced so the house is very private. At the back, there is a terraced area with outdoor furniture and barbecue to enjoy the good weather in summer. Going up to the first floor, we find the three bedrooms: the first one with a double bed, the second one with two single beds and the third one with a double bed and a single bed as a bunk bed. All the bedrooms have wardrobes and are tastefully decorated. On the same floor, there is a bathroom with bathtub.
