Three spacious bedrooms upstairs with soft bedding for restful nights. Bedroom 1 with full bed. Bedroom #2 is queen room with lake view, and Bedroom #3 is king room with lake view, large smart TV. Full bathroom upstairs, half bath on first floor. Laundry in basement.

Guests can retreat into the backyard, patio or take a short 2 minute walk to the beach at Chautauqua Park. Look for the park bench, then follow the natural-root carved path down to the rocky beach- full of beach glass! It's an adventure to climb down but people of all ages enjoy the quiet beach here. Boat ramps 3-5 minute drive, 5 minutes to downtown, 15 minute drive to Presque State Park and Waldameer Amusement Park and Water World.

Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in Erie, PA. There is a public pavilion and beach- full of beach glass- a brisk walk away, at the corner of Lakeside and Chautauqua Blvd.

BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR: This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum beginning at 10:00 p.m. Parties, events, and disruptive behavior are prohibited.

REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY: Count all guests at the time of booking. Your reservation must accurately include every person who will enter the property, including adults, children, and infants.

Visitors are not permitted—even if they will not be staying overnight. Hosts and staff live nearby, and the registered guest limit is strictly enforced. Unregistered guests may result in a charge of $50 per person and termination of the reservation without a refund.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property. Illegal activity is also strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking or vaping may result in a $500 violation charge plus additional cleaning, deodorizing, or damage-remediation costs beginning at $250.

NO PETS: Pets are not permitted at this property. An undisclosed pet may result in a $500 charge per animal, plus additional deep-cleaning or damage-remediation costs beginning at $250.
