The apartment features 1 bedroom, a living room with a sleeper sofa, a kitchen, a storage room, a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, a shower, a toilet, and a balcony facing southeast—perfect for watching sunrises and offering a direct view of the ski slopes. The shower features both a rain showerhead and a handheld showerhead. The kitchen is, of course, fully equipped with dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils for 4 people and includes an extra-large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and much more. The storage room features a built-in closet.
Free Wi-Fi and a smart TV are available in both the living room and the bedroom.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage, located directly across from the elevator. The apartment itself is also located right next to the elevator, so you can start your vacation without having to lug around heavy luggage. The ski storage room is equipped with heated ski lockers, so your ski gear will be dry in no time.
There is also a storage room in the building’s attic where you can store various items (e.g., suitcases).
The booking price also includes the Black Forest Card, which grants access to over 70 attractions.

All apartments at Residenz Grafenmatt feature a cozy living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen area with a dishwasher, and a bathroom with a shower—some with a whirlpool tub, sauna, or infrared cabin—as well as a private balcony or terrace.
The building features a small bistro, an underground parking garage with one parking space per apartment, a ski storage room, and direct access to the Thoma Ski School and a ski shop.
As a guest of H&P, you’ll receive a 10% discount on all purchases and services at the Thoma Ski School.
In addition, the Hochschwarzwald Card—which offers discounts on many recreational activities—is included in the booking price.

For winter sports enthusiasts, the Feldberg offers virtually endless possibilities: gentle slopes, forest runs, freeride trails, an FIS World Cup downhill run, and a large snow park. Downhill skiing and cross-country skiing, as well as cycling and hiking tours in the summer, can all be started right on the doorstep of the Residenz Grafenmatt. In case of bad weather, the Fundorena indoor sports hall offers fun for the whole family.
