We stayed here for an entire week and it was amazing. We loved how updated and modern it was. The views of the ocean were perfect. We took full advantage of all the beach accessories that they had. We would definitely stay there again.

This property is terrific. Second time we’ve stayed there and the room was great, the property is great, the pool is great, the food at the on-site restaurant is great, and the snorkeling at the beach right off the hotel is 10 times better than the thousand dollar snorkel trip to Molakini we paid for.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in 404. We had an enjoyable stay and the weather was perfect. The condo was clean, well maintained and easy to find. We felt right at home. Loved all the extra supplies!!! Communication before our arrival was appreciated. The black, information binder in the condo was also appreciated and answered a lot of our questions. The grounds and facility in general were beautiful. We would definitely stay there in the future. We only have two suggestions which are truly minor and I mean minor. We had extra supplies, but would have appreciated an extra roll of paper towels and tissues. We looked everywhere to no avail. The other suggestion which you might not have any control over was the fact we couldn't use a cart to bring our luggage upstairs. That was a real disappointment. All in all, we would definitely recommend 404 to others! Thank you again! Cheerfully, Kathy

The Good: Kitchen was well supplied and the condo was quiet. The Bad: The view was mainly of a canal which is not shown in any of the photos. The balcony was very small and only contained two chairs comfortably.
