Well-lit, fully stocked eat-in kitchen with complete dining set, stove/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster. Large closet with hangers, bathroom with bathtub. High-speed internet, flat smart, DVD player, games, barware and back deck with outdoor furniture. No-chores checkout
Just an 8-min walk to the Diversey brown/purple line, 7-min to Lake Michigan, Boystown, Wrigley Field. Perfect for Cubs games or business trips. We are not a multi-unit, or a cookie-cutter unit owned by a large property manager, like most listings around offering glorified gray hotel rooms. We are a lived-in flat tucked into a very quiet stretch of Orchard St, away from train track noises

The location was great. Quiet in the unit but close to the buses and subway. Check in and check out were easy. The host was prompt to reply to any inquiries.

Great location — close to places to eat, groceries, the lake and more. Worked out well for an extended stay and we coped with a snow storm. Parking is a challenge but we made it work. Public transport is also easy from there. Cozy for two people and dog welcoming — huge plus for us. Doug made sure we had what we needed.
