Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. Issuing the code before arrival makes the check-in process much easier.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee. Service animals are permitted, and the fee is waived for such situations (however the animal is never permitted to be in the unit alone if it is a service animal). Please note we do not allow any pets other than dogs.
SMOKING POLICY?

Pool had no safety rails, master king bed had its day, no safety mats in showers (floor very slippery), a piece of patio furniture in bad shape, shades provided no privacy from outside. The house was beautiful and clean and the pool was fantastic but heads up on safety first. Internet failed in and out of house. 2 guests had to spend days at Starbucks to work remotely. PM

What a beautiful home! The accommodations were absolutely wonderful and provided everything we needed for our stay. There was a filter issue with the pool and it was fixed within a couple of hours. Any questions we had were quickly responded to. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to a family emergency. They were so understanding and worked with us as best they could to make our early departure less stressful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We enjoyed this nice house in the upscale gated community. The ranch-style layout and large living area was perfect for our extended family (ages 4-80). The kitchen with the double island was a HUGE plus as we prepared all of our meals at the house. The kids were in the pool all day, and the ample supply of beach towels was appreciated. When we booked the property, it stated that it sleeps 12, it has since been adjusted to say it accommodates 8. I would definitely agree with this updated assessment, 8 would be very comfortable with the allotted bedrooms and beds. There were a few minor things we noticed upon check in (light bulbs out, water filter expired) but the property management company was very attentive and promptly had these things fixed. All in all we enjoyed the property and would stay there again.
