Location



Kettle Cottage offers total peace and quiet with a path from the farm at the bottom of the lane leading directly to East Wittering Village then on to the beach. It’s a 5-minute drive to West Wittering Beach, Itchenor, or Birdham Marina. Maritime enthusiasts will appreciate the space on the drive for a small boat, with launch facilities available at Chichester Marina or Itchenor.

The property is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.



The Neighborhood:

The home is set just outside of West Wittering village - home to a popular, sandy blue flag beach. The bus to the beach is a 2 minute walk away or explore the beautiful coastline along footpaths and harbour trails.



East Wittering village is 30 minutes walk or 5 minute drive, and has many shops, restaurants and cafes. Chichester is 15 minutes by car or bus.



Getting Around:

The wider area is best explored in a car. But there are regular buses to and from Chichester, with a bus stop right outside The Wittering. You can also explore the local area on foot or bike.
