The Space:

Welcome to Making Memories by Kismet Properties of 30A!

Spread across three levels, this home provides ample space for both gathering and private relaxation. The heart of the home is the open-concept second floor, with a bright living area flowing into a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The third-floor loft is a great retreat for kids or teens, complete with its own kitchenette and brand-new bunk beds. Step outside to the screened-in porch — a favorite spot for morning coffee — surrounded by the peaceful, wooded "Old Florida" feel that defines Grove by the Sea.

Toiletries: Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom

Note: These are starter supplies for your arrival and are not restocked during your stay. Bath towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. For longer stays, we recommend packing extras or picking some up nearby — full suggestions are in your digital guidebook.
