Very clean, and beautifully remodeled house. Host was very quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay and even saw the train coming down the road on the tracks!

Overall, the house was very nice and a good location for riding a portion of the Erie canal trail and hiking some trails in the area. It was comfortable and for most part clean. The refrigerator had a few fairly small pieces of something in it upon arrival. A window in the basement was not closed and locked. Got to meet a couple of neighborhood cats who hung out in the driveway but wouldn't let me pet them. It was not as quiet as I had hoped for. Knew that the houses are close together but several neighbors have dogs who start barking for long periods of time starting around 6:30 am. And the occasional loud speeding car going down the street. These are issues that the host can't control but future guests should be prepared for.

Nicely renovated home. Conveniently located for our purposes. Check in/out was simple and host communication was excellent.

Very nice home. Clean and convenient. Location was close to Utica University. Property description was accurate and owner was easy to work with.
