100 year old historic building completely remodeled in the mid 2000s. Enjoy the 20ft ceilings, exposed brick, and modern layout. Location, Location, Location, you will be able to walk just about anywhere downtown Indy.

The Space:
1. Master bedroom with brand new bathroom. Two queens with a loft style. Fully enclosed by walls. However wall to the living room does not go all the way up to the celling. Loft style
2. The loft is accessible via ladder through the Den. The loft has two twins and only a four foot clearance. The loft looks directly over the den.
3. The den is not completely closed off. The bedroom is private unless people are coming and going from the condo. The den has 1 queen and is on the inner side so very quiet
Just because we allow so many people to sleep in the unit does not mean your group will find it comfortable. It is up to each group to decide if the layout fits their needs. Please reach out if you have questions.
Being in the heart of downtown there is a potential for noise. Thursday through Saturday tends to be louder than other days.
We have a new couch not pictured but is the same style just a darker color.
Parking is detached and 1 block south of the unit. You must enter the building to get your parking pass before parking.

Walk anywhere, take a uber, or ride a scooter anywhere downtown.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE PROVIDE AN AFFIRMATIVE RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING:
• Underage teenagers trying to throw a party is not allowed. I will show up with the police and press charges. ($500 fine)
• No bookings for guest under the age of 25
• NO smoking inside the house or garage. Smoking outside is completely ok. ($500 fine)
• NO use of firearms or fireworks on the premises. ($500 fine)
• All damage will be considered intentional/reckless if not reported via email/messenger or phone.
• No pets. $200 fine for unregistered pets.
• A determination will be made as to whether any damage was intentional/reckless or accidental. Guests will accept responsibility for any non-accidental issues and will be charged for compensation. Stuff happens and we are not here to nickel and dime you. This is meant for reckless activity.
• You are limited to the number of guests on the reservation plus 2. If you would like more just confirm first.
• Unless receiving prior approval, check-in , and check-out must be followed for cleaning, maintenance, and other bookings. ($100/hour fine)
Check-Out Instructions
1. Please strip or leave all used beds unmade. If stripping the bed, please leave sheets on mattress or in the laundry basket provided.
2. Please make sure all dishes are are washed. Leaving the dishwasher running is perfectly acceptable. Please get any food off the dishes before running.
3. Please make sure all trash is gathered and thrown away. There is a trash chute located at the end of the hallway behind a door labeled trash. All trash must be thrown down the chute in trash bags and those bags must be tied shut. Note: Extra trash bags are located at the bottom of the trash can. Leave any large boxes too big for the chute in the unit.
4. Please dispose of any leftover food you may have in the refrigerator. Our cleaners will take any food, beer, or water that is unopened.
5. It is helpful, but certainly not required, if a load of used towels is thrown in the washer before checking out. Please use bleach, laundry detergent and run on hot.
6. As previously stated in the check-in instructions, please return the parking card to the condo after exiting the parking garage.
7. If you check out early, could you kindly send us a message and let us know, so we can send our cleaners over to get started. We will send a message tomorrow as well. Just ignore if you will be there till check out time. No hurry!

It was perfect! My only regret was we didn’t stay longer. Great property, location, and communication.

Condo was clean. The host was easy to communicate with via Vrbo app texting. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment. The parking was down the block but was easy to access and a short walk. Close walking distance to many good restaurants, pharmacy and Whoke foods market. The two main issues we had were the lack of privacy for sleeping areas. Room with two double beds was private. The room with one bed was open on all sides with no walls. The third bedroom was a loft with a very low ceiling and two twin mattresses on the floor once again no privacy. The second issue was the street noise with loud cars and motorcycles from about 10 pm until after midnight. We were there two week day nights and didn’t expect that kind of noise. We didn’t sleep until after they were gone.

This was an excellent location for going to the convention center. You can hear some street noise, but it's not bad. The loft is small and tight to get in to. Be aware. The ice and water didn't work in the fridge, but we didn't bother mentioning it. We had a trouble with the parking pass. It wasn't in the apartment. They told us where to get one but that didn't work either. So parking was a hassle for us. But they reimbursed us for what we had to pay. Be aware you have to go into the apartment to get the pass. We were very comfortable there and enjoyed our stay.

The location is great. We also appreciated free parking in a nearby garage. The building is secure, and the loft condo is lovely. There is great space, and the layout is perfect. The host communicated with us to ensure we had all we needed.
