- A swimming pool (shared with the owners, and heated from June) 11x5m, open from April to October. Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change. For children's safety, the pool is fenced and locked. It is forbidden to eat around the pool.
- A private, unshared garden of around 8000 m².
- A 25m² east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Didier-sur-Chalaronne on a 9,000 m² estate, with flower-growing in the middle of the countryside, in a peaceful, unoverlooked setting. Nearby, you'll find all the shops you need (mini-market, tobacconist, chemist, baker, butcher, delicatessen, etc.).
