This house is so charming and quaint. It was built in the 50's and I purchased this home from the original owners. Although updates have been recently done, I've tried to keep the vintage vibe of the home. It's quite cozy and people say it reminds them of their grandma's home. We are within 3-5 miles from many great restaurants, ULM, Antique Alley and St Francis.
The master bedroom has a nice king size bed and a tv. We have direct tv streaming services and wireless internet. All appliances updated in January 2023.
Pets are more than welcomed and there is no extra pet fee.

Had a great week at this property while our son was at a summer camp. The house could use a little sprucing up, but is very clean and comfortable. The master bed is a little hard but the bed in the second room was very comfy. Loved the couch in the living room, took many naps on it while watching tv. Loved having the washing machine, was able to wash all of my son’s clothes before repacking them. This house was centrally located to everywhere we went. We weren’t more than 10 minutes from anywhere we went. Would totally stay here again. Host was very easy to get in touch with and responded quickly.

We visit Monroe occasionally to visit family and have been in some pretty awful hotels in the area. We were super lucky to find this house for our stays in Monroe. The house was so clean and was decorated adorably. I really cannot say enough about this house. The location was convenient and safe. The house was in a in older, quiet, safe location. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Monroe.
