Great location. Property could use some updating but it is clean and comfortable. The management company made sure everything was in working order when we arrived and was responsive.

This condo was a great place to take 5 teenage boys for a Spring Break. It was right on the beach, 5 minute bike ride to the center of Seaside and affordable for this type of vacation. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a homerun as well. It also had washer/dryer, beach chairs a grill, etc. It had what we needed. It was nice and comfortable, but it is definitely aged. It needs a major refresh, but teenage boys could care less. I would never rent this place to have a family vacation as it wasn't at the level I like to stay in for a nice place. My wife would have a fit. But being a father chaperoning teenage boys, it worked out well.
This place would also be GREAT for a guys trip that wanted to go down just for golfing, etc. It would be a solid 8-9 for guys trips, but probably a 5-6 if women are involved.

Perfect location and the beach was beautiful! Has several things that we were not expecting, like beach chairs and that was a wonderful surprise! We also love the fact that it had a grill and you could walk right outside to a grassy area where you can hang out.

We had a total of 7 in our group. The location of the unit was nice and close to the beach and downtown activities. The down fall to the bottom unit was when the people above us dumped their cigarette ashes down below or spilt something and it got all over our stuff down below. The unit was clean but pretty outdated. We rented a golf cart like most people in the area. It makes it extremely easy to get around town. We weren’t told that there were no golf carts allowed on the property and were asked to remove it. The local neighbor in the above unit was very rude and told us HOA didn’t allow carts. It will definitely be a deal breaker in the future because it was so nice to be able to tour around the area and stop for food on a golf cart. Parking in the area is extremely limited. We also had trouble getting in touch with the property manager. We sent text messages several times and had no return response. We also tried calling the office number and left two messages and got a text back saying to message them with any questions or concerns. Overall the only great thing about this unit was the easy access to the beach. Also, if you are staying in the units closest to the road there is a huge area that holds water and is very muddy. You will be driving through it everyday.
