O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Welcome to The Beach Fact Oar, a second floor Gulf front condo at Longboat Terrace offering beautiful water views and an easygoing setting for an extended stay on Longboat Key. Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, this two bedroom, two bathroom retreat gives couples, families, or friends a comfortable place to settle in and enjoy life by the water. Large windows and outdoor spaces keep the Gulf close throughout your stay, whether you are starting the morning with coffee or winding down after a day at the beach.
Inside, the condo is designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The primary suite features a king bed, while the guest bedroom offers two twin beds, and both bedrooms have access to their own bathrooms. The breakfast nook is a relaxed spot to start the day, while the spacious living area gives everyone room to gather after time in the sun. Step outside onto the balcony to take in the Gulf views, enjoy the breeze, and watch the colors change over the water as evening approaches.
Longboat Terrace makes it easy to enjoy the best parts of a coastal stay without going far. The community sits directly along the Gulf and offers beach access, a large heated swimming pool, fitness area, bicycle racks, and a clubhouse. Brick pathways lead through the property toward the beach, giving you an easy connection to the shoreline whenever the mood strikes.
When you feel like exploring, The Centre Shops are directly across Gulf of Mexico Drive with dining, shopping, and everyday conveniences close by. Head north to explore more of Longboat Key or make your way south toward St. Armands Circle and downtown Sarasota for even more restaurants, shops, and things to do. Whether your ideal day includes time on the sand, an afternoon by the pool, or simply enjoying the view from the condo, The Beach Fact Oar gives you a comfortable home base for a longer Gulf Coast escape.
Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.
