Only issue was the refrigerator wasn't working properly. The management was on it quickly and got it replaced the next day.

The kids loved playing inside, and the screened porch was great for breakfast. Being just steps from the beach made exploring Sanibel easy and fun. Comfortable, convenient, and stress-free!

Communication with the host was great. Most of the amenities were in excellent shape. The place was clean with plenty of linens and beach items.

The bathroom on the second floor began leaking water from the ceiling on Friday afternoon. We were unable to use the bathroom for the remainder of our stay. The pool closed on Thursday morning for maintenance, and we were unable to use the pool for the remainder of our stay. The condo was a good location to the beach, and the condo had a large screened in porch.
