There was some minor things but the overall experience was really great

We had a great time celebrating my bachelor party at Wine Down! The house was full of activities and comfortable accommodations. We had a lot of rain, and the one thing we wished was we could used the under-deck area to sit outside while it was raining. However, the rain leaked through from above. I wouldn’t leave anything outside in that area.Overall, a great experience!

House was great! Community playground was under construction.

Inside of property was well-used, but clean. Size of bedrooms was great! Number of bedrooms and bathrooms perfect for large group.
The outside of the house needs work. Disregarding the grounds, the deck should at least be swept clean and the furniture needs to be wiped down, old cushions replaced.
