Welcome to Haus Sanderling
Spend your vacation in the coastal resort town of Minsen. With its tranquil setting, Minsen invites you to enjoy a dream vacation where you’re guaranteed to slow down. This refurbished and renovated property offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation.
Our bright vacation home offers plenty of space during your vacation with 115 square meters of living area. On the first floor, it features a separate, well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, 4-burner stove, oven, and large refrigerator with freezer compartments), a large living room (TV, Wi-Fi, Blu-ray player), a separate dining area, an entryway with access to the covered patio and garden, and a half-bath. There is also an utility room with a washer and dryer, as well as additional storage space. The rooms on the first floor have exterior shutters. A large bedroom with a comfortable 1.80-meter bed rounds out the first floor.
On the private, covered, and sheltered terrace—complete with a cozy seating area and gas grill—you can relax and unwind in the evening. In the approximately 1,000-square-meter garden, two lounge chairs and a large lawn await you.
On the upper floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 and 1.60 meters), and a shower room (with a hair dryer) featuring two sinks. All bedrooms can be darkened and are equipped with adjustable slatted frames and high-quality mattresses. For added sleeping comfort, we provide our guests with bedding (excluding duvet covers) as well as fluffy, cozy blankets. The first floor has recently been equipped with insect screens.
In our vacation home, a toddler bed, travel crib, changing table, high chair, and other essentials are available to you free of charge. We’ve also thought about the safety of our youngest guests and installed outlet covers.
A lockable garage for your exclusive use is located in front of the house and offers ample space for your bicycles, sports equipment, or even your car (at your own risk).
In addition to the garage, up to 3 cars can park directly in front of the house. The installed wallbox also allows electric car owners (for a fee) to charge their cars with ease.
The spacious property with a patio and garden offers the perfect setting for sunny and relaxing vacation days and plenty of fun for your children to play.
Smoking inside the house and pets are not permitted.

The house is very nice, well equipped and absolutely quiet. In case you want to spend some days off and enjoy some relaxing days we can absolutely recommend the house. The pictures are accurate: You can see what you get :-)
Having a car (or a bike) is an advantage if your want to explore the farer (or nearer) surroundings. The next shopping possibility is Edeka at Horumer Siel (5 minutes by car, 15-20 minutes by bike).
