Bottom Floor - easy living, clean, comfortable, fully furnished and supplied with everything you need for a relaxing stay... pots, pans, dishware, etc. Boardwalk and Gathering Deck atop the dunes provide spectacular views from pier to pier! RENOVATED 2017 interior... upgraded kitchen, entirely new bathroom with tile shower, pedestal sink, new beds, furniture, etc.! And 2016 exterior... new metal roof, newly installed vinyl windows, new fiberglass doors, reconstructed decks... My family and I have traveled to several of the beaches in the North Carolina area for several years now, looking for the perfect rental on the beach for when we come visit family in NC. This year, we found the Carolina Beach House and stayed for three nights. It was perfect and the place we had been looking for! My kids, 7 and 5 years old, loved it! We had direct beach access and couldn't keep them away from it. My wife, who has very high standards when it comes to where we stay, loved it and can't wait to come back for our next trip! You can tell this property is well loved and cared for, the owners taking a pride in what they offer for vacationers who visit. Communication was excellent, any questions answered promptly, and everything you need to know laid out for you ahead of time.We can't wait to come back again!

The host was very friendly and the condo was clean. The only negative thing is we were charged an extra 35 for linens and towels. Most other places include linens and towels with the rent. Loved how close this property is to the beach.
