The apartment was clean. Instructions from the host were very easy to understand with lots of detail. Check-in was easy. The apartment is on the second floor, which wasn’t a big deal for us. There’s a window AC unit. It was very hot while we were in Nashville, but as long as we kept the door between the sitting area/kitchen and the bedroom, it was cool in the apartment. We forgot a couple things and the host shipped them to us at cost! Super kind.

Exactly as described. Easy. Check in and out. Great location. Easy to get anywhere we wanted.

This was perfect for my friend and me to stay for a girls weekend. Close to downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood. Off street parking spot. The shower has GREAT water pressure. You do have to climb stairs to get to the unit, so be aware of that if you have trouble with stairs.

I know the host advises that VRBO set the number of bedrooms but without having to read the fine print I expect a properties listed with 2 bedrooms to have 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and not 1 bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living/dining room with no door. Very disappointing. Communication with the host and location was excellent.
