This completely renovated spacious condo boasts two king suites, a gourmet kitchen, fabulous living and dining room, and an outdoor deck, all overlooking Kelowna's City Park and Okanagan Lake. Whether you are on a romantic getaway, or a family vacation, this property promises to impress. Luxury is evident throughout this two bedroom, two bathroom unit. After an action packed day of wine tasting, golf, or fun at the beach, unwind with a glass of wine and watch the sun set from the cushy window seat overlooking the park, lake and marina. The people watching doesn't get any better than this top floor unit....private and tucked away, yet close to all the action. For the water enthusiast, there are water craft and paddle board rentals right outside the front lobby. The amenities outside the front door include outdoor basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts. For families with young children, there is a fabulous water park and playground for the little ones, and a giant water park for older kids, and adults. Many restaurants are in close proximity should you wish to dine out. If you decide to eat in, the gourmet kitchen is well provisioned.

The only reason for the lower vote on the staff was due to the knowledge that the 6.5" clearance was given on a downward slope and did not fit a 6' truck clearance. I did not see the parking details on the listing. Staff themselves were great, but I was not informed about the parking details until after we arrived and needed to park down the street. We would most definetly stay there again if the need arises. Thank you.

While the property is very well appointed and the location is wonderful, the cleaning crew needs to spend more time cleaning. There were A LOT of cobwebs, the baseboards were dirty, pendant lights over the island needed to be washed as they were very greasy and some of the plumbing needed attention as faucets and toilets needed to be tightened down. Paying a cleaning fee when the unit was lacking was disappointing.
