Recently built in the coveted Fisherman's Cove area, you'll find plenty of parking for 4 vehicles.
Pull into ample parking space, and you'll immediately be drawn to the backyard space! From the swing bar to the fire pit, outdoor living spaces, dining area, and hot tub - you will know you picked the right place!
The pool and hot tub are private! (Pool heat is available for an additional fee). And you'll be able to catch some of the best sunsets on the island from the patio areas downstairs!
Head upstairs and walk into an open-concept floor plan where everyone has space to relax, stretch out, and enjoy each other's company, whether you are cooking in the kitchen, dining in the oversized dining space, or napping on the large sofa in the living area!
The kitchen is well stocked for those who love to cook - everything you need to prep, cook, serve, and dine is there for your use. Ample dining space and bar stools make hanging out and watching the cooks easy if you are away from the kitchen.
Head down the hallway to a full-size washer and dryer for guest use, 3 bedrooms, and a guest/hall bath. The first bedroom is a king-size private retreat with a TV, a closet, and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a 2nd bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, and closet. And, the kids' fave, the bunk room! This one has 2 bunks, twins over full sizes.
Although the floor plan is perfect for a vacationing group, it's also beautiful! The owners have thought of everything to bring a beautiful space, professionally decorated, together for you and your friends/family!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Communication was effective. Access to the property was easy. The WiFi instructions didn't work, so we had to call and it was a cumbersome process. For the nightly cost of the property I would have assumed it would have been cleaner, the seal to the refrigerator was duct taped and had mold growing. The advertised TV down in the tiki bar did not work and the pool had a ton of sand in it. As a pool owner myself you could tell it had not been cleaned, we sent a message first day and was told it would be cleaned the next day and it was not. The decorations are nice, bed was very comfortable and overall it is a nice rental for a few days at the beach but could use some cleaning.

Very clean and fully equipped! There were a few downfalls but none of them in their control and they had great communication the whole time, before and during and tried to fix any issues! Overall a really good stay and enjoyable!

We recently stayed at Totally Beachin’ in Port Aransas and, overall, had a good experience. The inside of the home was nice, spacious, and well-stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of room for our group, and the amenities made it easy to enjoy our time there.Unfortunately, there were a few issues that kept our stay from being great. The biggest disappointment was the hot tub. We followed the instructions provided to turn it on and contacted the host when it never warmed up. The host said someone would come take a look, but the hot tub still never got warm during our stay. We finally received another response only a few minutes before we were leaving on our last day.We were also disappointed with the cleanliness of the pool area. There was a hair clip with a significant amount of hair in it sitting by the pool, and we even found a bone with some meat still attached—what looked like a small pork chop—in the pool itself. In addition, there was hair left on the shower wall in the master bathroom.One other thing to keep in mind is that the property is very close to neighboring homes. If privacy is important to you, this may not be the best option.Overall, the house itself was comfortable and had everything we needed, but improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and responsiveness would make for a much better experience.
