Nice basement apartment in a very nice neighborhood. Very close to shopping and dining without busy traffic.

This house is easy to get to. It is conveniently located. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We felt comfortable going for an after-dinner stroll. There was plenty of room, and the beds are adequate. The towels are quite nice. The apartment is located in the basement, with access down a flight of stairs at the back of the house. Beware if you have trouble with steps. We were locked out of the apartment on arrival because of a bad access code setting, and it took some time to get this fixed. The owner was helpful once we established a communication channel. Going direct with text is better than relying on the Expedia messageing facility. The coffee maker is a single serving Keurig, so if you want a pot of coffee, bring some K-cups with you!

Nice spacious basement apartment for a family of four. Would recommend location for visiting Toronto and Niagara falls. Only negative thing would be the cleanliness of the apartment, and lack of cutlery (only 2 knives).
