Loved the location of this property in a lovely wooded neighborhood with a couple of small lakes. It was easy to get around to meet family in Raleigh and Durham. We had no issues and would stay again

It was an amazing suite and more than comfortable with a touch of luxury. Quiet tree filled suburban neighborhood just a few minutes from downtown Raleigh. Andy was warm, friendly and communicative. Beyond a doubt I’d stay here again.

Pros: The apartment was cozy with a grandma’s ambiance. The location as far as proximity to restaurants, downtown and shopping was great. The communication was great and check in process really easy. There were snacks and water upon check in and the nexpresso machine was a nice touch.
Cons: while it is centrally located, the road to get to the apartment is dark and, depending on the GPS, there is a one lane dirt road next to the lake (very scary at night). There is a mildew (humidity) smell. Finally, there are no curtains in the living room so it felt like no privacy. I communicated these to the owner and he said he was taking care of them.
I hope this helps. I would recommend for a night or two.
