Great property that matches listing. We were a couple, and though the house was way too large, we wanted something that had a pool/spa, offered some privacy, and was still reasonably priced. This fit the bill. Really good location somewhat between Scottsdale and Cave Creek that allowed quick access for restaurants and shopping. Home was very clean, well appointed, had all the essentials including pool floats, well stocked pantry, and some extras that made it nice. Furniture was in good condition, multiple living areas, and nice pool table. Grounds were well kept. Pool and spa was highlight. During the hottest part of the day, you get constant breezes that make it nice. Several shade areas outside. Master bedroom had great, comfortable bed and sitting area. Master bath was large with great amenities and plenty of room on the vanities. Neighborhood was gated (first house in), very safe, quiet, with wildlife everywhere. Loved sitting out each night at the firepit listening to the coyotes and seeing great star shows. The area is great for anyone who walks/runs. Light traffic and good trails in several directions. We didn't cook or grill (too many great restaurants around), but top notch appliances and Dacor grill. Budget wise this is on par with a decent resort in the area with much more privacy and control of the environment.

TIna was extremely helpful, providing excellent information to enjoy our stay and to respect the gated community expectations. The house and yard are huge, all photos accurately reflect the home. The master bedroom with fireplace and bath are a private suite at the one end of the home, with 3 more bedrooms and 1 bathroom at the other end. There is a large powder room located conveniently in the centre of the home. Every evening we either enjoyed the living room fireplace or patio fire pit. The location is fantastic in a desert landscape and just around the corner from Groceries, Pharmacy, Target, an outstanding Anytime Fitness and a few restaurants. Cave Creek is nearby too. We have already booked next year!

This is a spacious, clean, well maintained home in a quiet, gated community. The pool and yard are lovely with ample seating and total privacy. The well-stocked kitchen is large and very usable. The only drawbacks are that the wifi is spotty, especially in the master bedroom, and the garbage needs to be put out the morning of pick-up before 6:00 AM (it may be that way everywhere in Scottsdale.)

Such a wonderful property. Everything from the beautiful inside to the pool outside. I took my 3 sisters with me to have a girl's trip. We all enjoyed it so much. The sunsets and sunrise were beautiful. We were there when Phoenix was getting flooded. We had lots of rain but staying inside here was no hardship. lol
