This beautiful, 600 sq ft modern and open-floorplan one bedroom apartment is conveniently located just across the Olentangy River from downtown Columbus. The apartment is close to all the excitement that the city has to offer without the hustle and bustle of downtown living. This apartment is ideal for a couple or small groups to eat together, hang out, relax, explore the surrounding areas. There are several bars, restaurants, and retail spaces within walking distance!

Other Things to Note:

Basic necessities such as soap, toilet paper, salt, etc. are provided with each stay; however, if these items run out during your stay the guest is responsible for replacing them for their own use. Also, several clean kitchenware, towels, and sheets are provided for each stay however guests are responsible for cleaning and replacing these items during their stay. Guests do not need to clean these items before checkout.

Our stay was nice, apartment was just as described and it was in a nice area. The other residents that lived in the apartment were nice. The apartment that was across the hall had an awful smell coming from it. I know it's nothing that could be done on the end of the host but it's worth noting that it smelled like it was occupied by a family of cats (no humans present to clean) and you could smell the litter box. We arrived late about 9:15pm and it was hard for us to get into the building. The host was occupied and couldn't get to us right away. I was able to get in when another resident opened the door and from there I was able to follow the rest of the instructions to access the apartment. Once the host was available he did check and make sure that I was able to get in. I did get lost after I parked my car because I didn't realize there were 2 different buildings probably because it was dark at this point (LoL) The apartment was clean, the bed was comfy and everything else was on point. Just giving it 4 stars because of the issue of not being able to get into the building using the steps in the instruction. I would stay here again. It's close to High St and that's where we had to go.

The place was great! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because it was close to a train track and the train passed by frequently throughout the night, so I didn’t sleep well while there.
