O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Located in the Pernera area of Protaras, Villa Katerina 48 is located just a short walk from both Kalamies Beach and the resort centre.
Inside, the property has a modern yet comfortable design. The living area has a corner sofa, a widescreen TV with a Full UK satellite and dining table seating 6 persons whilst the large open plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a separate W/C on this floor.
All three of the light and airy bedrooms are located on the first floor with the master bedroom featuring a double bed and en-suite shower room as well as access to a veranda. The other double room and the 3rd bedroom which has twin beds also share a bathroom. Outside the private garden has a 8 x 4 metre pool surrounded by sun-loungers with an umbrella to provide some much needed shade on those barmy summer days. A patio table and chairs are also provided next to the built-in BBQ and sink area which provides the perfect setting for outside dining and entertaining during the long summer evenings.
Overall this is a great villa option for families and groups of friends, looking for a modern property within easy reach of the beach and resort centre.
Important Information - Please note, whilst this villa is individual in location, the interiors and layout are similar to neighbouring villas on this complex. We may move your booking to another villa on this complex, which is of the same or upgraded standard. We will always make you aware of this change beforehand.
Pets - not allowed
