This second floor condominium is the perfect retreat for your island vacation. The spacious, two bedroom, two bathroom unit offers a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, plus a third room with a futon. The primary en-suite bathroom offers a soaking tub plus a separate walk in shower. A spacious balcony provides a great location to enjoy the views of the pool, beach and Caribbean.
Part of The Landings at Tres Cocos family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Guests of the property enjoy two fresh water swimming pools, a salt water swimming pool, a beachside BBQ cooking station, dock and an on site management team that can assist you as needed. Our stay was wonderful and hosts very accommodating. Ocean pool under maintenance which was a bummer for me. Also equipped with washer and dryer but no washing soap. Overall I would highly recommend. The rotten seaweed smell was awful but got used to it.

We will definitely be trying to stay here again if we make back to San Pedro. Dealing with Brittany and Mike was great, they were extremely helpful arranging any extras we were interested in, and responded in a timely manner to any questions we had. We were extremely impressed with how clean the place was when we arrived, and they had staff carry all our luggage up to our condo, which was not expected but very appreciated. They were fantastic with offering suggestions for restaurants and other activities, and we loved every one of their recommendations that we were able to fit into our time there. the place is exactly as described in the listing, with breathtaking views from the patio, clean pool and pool deck, beach was clean and well maintained. We would definitely recommend this to anyone.

The hosts were very helpful right from the time of booking. They offered their services with excursion bookings and even flights from Belize City. The condo was in immaculate shape and fit our needs perfectly. We would definitely recommend staying at The Landings, and we would do so for longer next time. Thank you Brittany and Mike.

The hosts were excellent. They helped booked excursions, gave us tips on where to eat and were very accommodating with all our questions.The location is perfect, close enough to town for easy access, but far enough for quiet relaxing time. There is a coffee shop and grocery store right next door, very convenient!We would definitely book here again.
