• PET POLICY: No pets permitted.
• NO A/C: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans are provided.
• PARKING: Limited to 6 vehicles (fewer when snow conditions exist). Street parking is never permitted.
• DISCLOSURES: *Must climb stairs
*Some amenities offered are seasonal Yard Games are available only in the peak summer months
*Wildlife in area. It is possible to have bears, coyotes, raccoons on property and at times, mice or even bats found in homes in the area
Home is right across from the beach, just a block from the ice cream shop, centrally located for easy access to either Northstar or Palisades and just minutes to the North Shore’s casinos, restaurants and nightlife! Kayak and paddle board rentals across the street, Treetop adventure tour less than a mile away, mini-golf fun minutes down the road... what more could one want?
This spacious home has comfortable sleeping space for 13 and all bedrooms have their own bathroom. Repeat: All bedrooms come with their own bathroom plus a half bath off the living area! This is a huge bonus when traveling with numerous families!
The living room is large and features a cozy L-shaped couch and a new flat-screen TV with cable and internet streaming capabilities. The high ceilings, large windows and open floor plan create a sense of warmth and comfort. There's even a gas fireplace to cozy up to on those chilly winter nights. On this level, you will also find 2 tables just off the kitchen for dining and an office area in the living room for those who work on the road.
The front deck is the ideal place to unwind. There is a private hot tub, patio seating and even a view of Lake Tahoe. All this while the sun shines on the half-acre lot, ready for sledding and snowball fights in the winter or croquet and corn-hole in the summer. Or start an epic game of table tennis in the attached garage.
The back deck off the kitchen offers even more space to enjoy the sunshine while grilling up a great meal. It’s located just off the large kitchen and dining area. Kitchen features tons of counter space, two full-sized sinks and brand new stainless appliances including a 5-burner gas range and dishwasher.
Home has 5 bedrooms, 2 of which have queen beds, on-suite bathrooms and are located on the entry level. The Primary suite is the only bedroom on the upper level and boasts a king bed, walk-in closet, new flat-screen TV and an on-suite bathroom w/jetted tub and a separate, tiled shower. The 4th bedroom also has an ensuite bath and houses 2 queen beds. The last bedroom has 1 twin plus and a full/double mattress on the floor. This room's guests may enjoy use of the full bath in the hallway.

11 person, 3 generations visited for a week in mid June. Room for all. We had a great time. Great location. Great value for price. Kitchen is well supplied. Beach towels for all. Some areas for improvement include: Management company could be less robotic in its responses and organize the kitchen better (e,g, pots and pans and cutlery seem too duplicative). Larger outside garbage container needed. An outside table (none on property despite pictures) and chairs set and a beach umbrella or canopy would be great. It is getting time to replace or address squeaky queen box mattresses on first floor. The TV downstairs needs to be repositioned and checked for buffering issues. The large back yard has much potential, but is basically barren dirt. Front yard, ping pong table and jacuzzi were enjoyed by all. Additional fans and/ or ceiling fans are needed for warm days. We would book again.

The host was responsive and helpful. The house was great, much better than the property listing. The location was wonderful and close to everything. We would love to stay again. Thank you

I thought the house was a little tired. Carpet on stairs were very dirty. Clothes dryer had to be run twice to dry towels. Only had 3 wine glasses for a house that sleeps 12. On a very busy hwy and noisy at night.
