Escape to your own private retreat on 20 secluded acres just minutes from beautiful Lake Oconee.

Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the deck as deer wander through the property and birds sing in the distance. Spend your afternoons exploring the lake, launching your boat at nearby ramps, visiting local marinas, enjoying waterfront dining, or simply relaxing with nowhere you need to be.

As evening arrives, gather around the fire pit, roast marshmallows, enjoy a glass of wine, and watch the stars come out far from the noise and crowds of the city. Whether you're seeking adventure or complete relaxation, you'll find both here.

Perfect for a solo getaway, a romantic couples retreat, a girls' weekend, or a small family of up to four guests. Bring your boat, fishing gear, kayaks, or ATV and enjoy everything Lake Oconee has to offer just minutes away.

Coming June 2026, guests will enjoy an all-new outdoor living space featuring a stock tank pool for cooling off on warm Georgia afternoons, an expanded fire pit area, Adirondack chairs, string lights, and beautiful landscaping designed to create the perfect outdoor gathering space.

Located approximately one hour from both Atlanta and Athens, this is the perfect place to unplug, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the slower pace of lake life while still being close to everything you need.

Rarely do you find this much privacy, acreage, wildlife, and lake access all in one place.
