Quiet, modern vacation apartment in the heart of the Ore Mountains, in an idyllic location right on the hiking trail and the Stoneman-Miriquidi Bike Trail. Completely self-contained apartment with a separate entrance and no stairs; free parking space with charging station for electric cars on the property. Sleeps 4 in the bedroom, including 2 in a bunk bed (primarily suitable for children). Good local amenities (supermarket, butcher, bakery, bank, restaurant) are within walking distance.
Private garden area with seating area/grill; guests may also use the communal garden, which features a lounge area, pond, and fire pit. Day trips to Annaberg-Buchholz, Oberwiesenthal, and the Czech Republic are just 10–20 minutes away by car.
The vacation rental is located directly on the Stoneman-Miriquidi Bike Trail and regional hiking trails, making it an ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides right from the property. In winter, the surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, and snowkiting... There is a ski lift right in town, and about a 5-minute drive away is a great cross-country skiing area with groomed trails. The major ski resorts of Oberwiesenthal and the Keilberg Ski Area on the Czech side are about a 30-minute drive away. In Königswalde, a bus runs to nearby towns; Wiesenbad and Annaberg-Buchholz are the closest regional train stations. If time permits, we’ll even pick up our guests from the train station by arrangement.
