The "Quisisana" villa, featuring well-preserved seaside resort architecture, is quietly situated on Karlplatz in the idyllic old town of Sassnitz, not far from the Old Market and the beach promenade.
It is a 3-room apartment for 4 people spread over 2 floors.
On the first floor is the spacious living room with a dining table and an adjoining balcony. The kitchen is separate from the living area and also features a dining table. It is modern and fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and ceramic cooktop—as well as the usual essentials like a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. There is also a guest restroom on the lower level.
A staircase leads from the entryway to the upper floor.
On the first floor are the two bedrooms, each with its own balcony and a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. Both bedrooms feature a double bed, and one of them also has a flat-screen TV. The spacious and bright bathroom, with two windows and a view of the Baltic Sea, treats guests to a large corner bathtub with a whirlpool and a separate shower.
The apartment comes with a parking space directly in front of the building—a rare find in the Old Town.
The apartment features free Wi-Fi and is furnished with high-quality furniture.
