Spectacular 1 bedroom apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha, set in a private condominium, fully furnished and equipped, with swimming pool. It has a fantastic sea view and is located just 50 m from the beach and swimming pool.
Apartment consisting of: bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchenette with a large living room with 1 sofa bed, cable TV, air conditioning (hot and cold) in the living room, bathroom and balcony with outdoor furniture.
NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).
- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
According to the municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024, guests must pay cash upon check-in for all reservations:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person per night.
Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is charged only to guests aged 13 and over.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use. The counts are taken at the entrance and at the exit to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated).
Any consumption that exceeds the included amount will have to be settled by guests at NURIS2U the day before departure, in cash.
Prices included, for electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation depending on the type of accommodation:
T1: Electricity - 130 Kwhs and Water - 6 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the security.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical (not virtual) credit card, and it is necessary to confirm the transaction on your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.

The kitchen was well stocked as far as dishes cutlery etc. We could see the ocean from our balcony. We found the place to be very comfortable, the bed was large with a good mattress. I would recommend. Note, there is a nightclub next to the building that was fine in March but it may be loud in the summer months.

Very clean condo with all upgraded appliances (except the washing machine), has a lovely view of the ocean from the balcony and very comfortable king size bed! Air conditioning works very well. The location is excellent as it is centered along the pedestrian section of Praia da Rocha. It can be a little noisy at night but with the patio doors closed us two senior citizens didn’t mind at all! Great location for easy beach access and lots of restaurants and bars.
